Refund to original payment method.

Returns are not accepted. Labels will expire and packages will be refused.

• Prepaid Label: Cost of label + $5 USD Handling Fee.
• Self-Ship: $5 USD Handling Fee (deducted from refund).

Non-EU Returns
For returns from outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway), customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These fees must be prepaid or will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs, including taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the rare instance of a lost package, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier to locate it. While we are not liable for lost packages, we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue. To minimize the risk of loss, we recommend providing a secure delivery location when placing your order.
